Hey, I'm late on this! But hey I'm in Canada!
So what's brewing for you? Me, probably not much, but I'll probably be checking out our conference site for next year's conference

Kegging for me too, and probably looking for a leak in my CO2 system. Maybe clean some kegs. Who knows, the list of things to do is pretty long

I need to brew a pale ale so that I can use my "aged" hops. I also need to bottle some oktoberfest ale.

Cider. Never made a batch. With no mill, I should at least do a batch of cider or mead or both...

Racking a Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier clone into the kegs . .Racking a Great Divide Wild Raspberry clone onto black and red raspberries . . Racking my Fuller's ESB clone so I can use the 1968 yeast cake to make an Alaskan Smoked Porter clone on Saturday.
So . . . not much.

I just finished kegging a witbier, and I think I'll do a table saison this weekend. Maybe a dark table saison...

Finally getting to lager my
Oktoberfest
. Making an Italian Pinot Grigio from a World Vineyard kit to get familiar with making wine. Looking into making a common cider and a melomel - anyone have any favorite recipes/yeast/advice for either (not to hijack the thread)?
So, like dhacker, not much. All this and a Fantasy Football draft to boot.

Since I wasn't able to get to my saison with ginger and lime (zest and leaves) with some orval brett last weekend, I'm brewing it today after work.
While doing that, I am going to bottle my fig and date dubbel, as well as my house saison. It's gonna be a busy night. The wife approved all and will be out of the house so she won't get mad at my messes.

Kegging a wee heavy and brewing a Flanders Red. And most likely working, again.
Where did my weekends go?

'Merican Stout with some hops from mom's garden
... there's cascade, fuggles, and something else... I really can't remember... and she didn't separate them, so I don't know which is which... should be interesting!
If its not hoppy enough... I'll just dryhop in the keg.

I first read that as "Mexican Stout".
