Just wondering who is brewing this weekend.  I just pitched WLP566 on my first Saison.  Hoping to do Tasty's APA tomorrow, and keg an American wheat.

I have a simple American Brown Ale brewing now, maybe an Alt tomorrow. I should brew my B3 Stainless cup competition extract kit but I don't have any English yeast. I was supposed to come with S-04. I wish I had known so I could have ordered some. It takes a week to get anything here.

No brewing, just lots of household/personal chores, but am going to order a 10-gallon kettle this weekend as soon as I make the final decision between light/liftable/thin vs. heavier/sturdier (I've spent more time on this than deciding on a house/car/degree). If it gets here by next weekend I'll brew with it then... got the Bayou Classic SP10... got the propane... got the time... I just need a pot and a recipe. :-) Otherwise I'll do another very small all-grain batch on the stove.

Made 11.5 gal JAO Mead for the Princess Kathryn's wedding on Tuesday night.

5 Gal APA today, teaching a newbee about all grain brewing.

Hey, Bob, do you know about the recipe wiki?  I'd love to see your Hop Candy and Chimay Blue recipes.  Why not post them in the wiki?
