Brewing Like a Madman . . .
« on: August 28, 2010, 09:28:16 am »
Time is running out . . I got four more to go. Right now I'm mashing the Alaskan Smoked Porter.

Why?

The Tennessee Cigar and Brew Fest is coming up. Here's a link to a number of beers I'll be serving in my booth.

13/19? WOW! Glad to see Dry Dock in there. That is the brewery, started by the LHBS owner, that got me started.
You should seek out their 7 C's IPA, brewed with 7 hop varieties that start with the letter....you guessed it, C.

Well good . . I'm glad to know we picked a grass roots Brewery to clone one of their brews.

Here's a few more of the clones that will be made for the homebrewers booth . . .

Pete's Wicked Ale
Anchor Steam
Rogue Morimoto Black Soba
Highland Oatmeal Porter
Bishop's Finger Kentish Strong Ale
Avery IPA
Schlafly Pumpkin Ale
Highland Gaelic Ale
Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale
Flying Dog Doggy Style
Just brew it...
