Nothing this weekend.  Hopefully bottling my Oktoberfest.  Better late than never and the extra lagering I'm sure didn't hurt anything.

I'm going to tap my rye saison this evening and brew a Belgian single tomorrow afternoon.

Edit: I changed my mind and decided on a dubbel instead.

Doing an English brown ale as my first all grain batch.  I can't wait to get started.  Cooler mash tun is made and I'm going to try recirculating ice water through my IC to chill.  It will all go well as long as I don't get any phone calls from work  >:( ...

Brewed the amber ale.  Nice, smooth, uneventful brewday.  First time I've brewed this recipe in a couple of years.  Used to be the house beer.  It was my first all grain recipe, way back when.  My efficiency is much better now. :D   Making fajitas for dinner tonight, but that's another thread. ;)

I know this is a little too late for an Oktoberfest marzen but it's currently lagering at 46 degrees. All I care about is it being done for my halloween party.
