GABF & COVID-19
« on: April 29, 2020, 11:12:44 am »
Big question on my mind is Will GABF be canceled or rescheduled this fall?
40k brewers from all over the world on the Convention Center floor for 4 hours getting chummy & nobody wearing a mask. It's hard to taste beer through a face covering.
My real concern is kicking off Wave 2.
As the early ticket sales have happened in June it seems a decision should be in the offing.
Any thoughts you can share?
Thanks.

I have no official info, but I wouldn't count on it happening

They have been in the process of converting the Denver Convention Center (where GABF is held) in to a temporary covid 19 hospital to hold 2000 patients just in case. I do not see GABF happening this year.
