forgot flame-out hops
« on: May 03, 2020, 09:10:58 am »
I brewed a citra session pale ale last night, but realized this morning that i had forgotten the 2 oz. of flame-out hop pellets. What can i do to remedy this rare mistake of mine. I will be dry-hopping with an ounce of Citra pellets near the end of fermentation.

Add another ounce or two for dry hopping.

I agree, might as well add them to the dry hop even though it won't be quite the same result. You could also double dry hop, adding half before the end of fermentation and half after cold crashing.

I'd put them in right now.
