Grain (Specialty grain steep):
Bestmalz Red X - 1.0 lb
Chocolate Rye - 0.25 lb
Other Fermentables:
Pale LME - 13.5 lb 10.5 lb
Hops:
Simcoe - 1.0 oz (First Wort)
Citra - 1.0 oz (60 min)
Galaxy (AUS) - 1.0 oz (60 min)
Cascade - 2.0 oz (2 min)
Galaxy (AUS) - 1.0 oz (2 min)
Ekuanot (US) - 1.0 oz (Whirlpool)
Dry Hop:
Amarillo - 1.0 oz (5 days)
Galaxy (AUS) - 1.0 oz (5 days)
Citra - 1.0 oz (5 days)
Yeast:
US-05
There's a bunch of Australian Galaxy hops going in because I have a 4 oz package I got a my LHBS a little while back and I want to use some of them. I was planning to use 2 lb. of Red X but when I placed the order I only had one and just didn't notice. It's not a big deal. This batch is being done with some experimentation in mind. So I'll just see how it comes out. And I opted for LME because the mash was going to be almost completely 2 row.
Not brewing until tomorrow so if anyone sees any glaring concerns, please let me know. I'm not opposed to making last minute adjustments.
