Rogue Farms Dare & Risk

Hi there,

Does anyone know what type of malt category Dare & Risk fall into? I'm trying to clone their Cold Brew IPA.

Those are varieties of malting barley, just as Barke, Maris Otter, and Conlon are types of malting barley. You might email Rogue and see if they can help

They might, but in the past they've been very tight lipped about what those are.
