Which company would you recommend for specifically testing brewing water ?

Thanks

Ward Labs.

Been a while since I've sent a sample in so the test numbers are different but it look like W-501 is what you are looking for.  Super fast turnaround and they emailed the result to me.  You don't need the convenience kit...just a clean bottle to take you water samples.

In my amateur opinion, not too bad.  Hardness and alkalinity a bit high, but should be easily dealt with.

My house water treatment system has several by-pass valves.
I can by-pass the water softener, and calcite tank (Ph).

The Cu level is ok I think, can't find where I saw good levels for brewing water.
