Mashing temperature for white wheat
« on: July 06, 2020, 04:24:10 pm »
Getting ready to do a 5 gal batch of belgium wit partial mash (to use 4lbs of Rahr White Wheat grain I had left over). Should I aim for same temperatures as with 2-Row: 154F Mashing Temperature for an hour, then mash-out at 170F. Followed by sparging at 170F ?
