I'm looking to gather some testimony, feedback, and discussion on virtual sensory training and beer evaluation training.

I've talked with lots of clubs wanting to establish a sensory and beer judging program, but they don't know where or how to start.

Would you pay to join a virtual workshop with a sensory/judging expert to learn to taste, describe and judge beer styles, as well as off-flavors? Because it'd be virtual, anyone from anywhere could join as long as they have an internet connection and a compatible computer/tablet/phone.
