Usually about 10 days before kegging for me. Sometimes longer depending on gravity. With enough healthy yeast and proper aeration, 10 days is usually more than enough time most beers regardless of temperature.

I never saw this post. Yeah I bet it’s ripping a long at 95F!
I have some Kveik in hand. Maybe I should use it now. I have a hole in my pipeline I want to fill.
