Brewed this yesterday and pitched the yeast at 3pm. There was a 1/8 inch foam at 9pm and the airlock was burping every two seconds at 8am today.
1 lb golden light dme
.5 lb Bavarian wheat dme
12 ozs marris otter pale ale malt
3 ozs caramel 80 (was going to use 6 ozs G W brumalt, but discovered I was out and subbed the 80)
1 oz pale chocolate malt
.2 oz Palisades
1 oz EKGs
6 grams Munton's (best by date of 11/16)
O G was 1.034.
