Also S-189, great lager yeast, and I would not be adverse to using lager yeast for an APA (or APL). This style is all about the hops. Yeast is an afterthought. Unless you want hazy... but that's another story.
The next batch on my list is an Irish stout that I plan to use W34/70 to ferment.
