From Brewing Classic Styles:
OG 1.066

67.7% Light LME
8.1% Wheat LME

Steeping grains
1.25 lb Cara pils
1.25 lb C40
.5 lb Choc

49 IBU Northern Brewer 60 min
7.1 IBU Norther Brewer 15 min
6.8 IBU Cascade 10 min

1.5 oz Cascade 0 min

2 oz Centennial dry hop
