Short of a long story I find myself in my profession laid off about 4 months out of the year. I'm looking for some information on any accredited online brewing and fermentation sciences I can take in my free time. Not looking to make it huge in the already crowded craft beer market. But am looking to steer my career from power generation to some sort of profession that I have some interest in like brewing and fermentation.
Any info or advice would be awesome
