i love sake, but making it requires a dedicated sake space/equipment IMHO.

i always consider starting it up again, but yeah, it really does need its own little space and stuff.


edit: i checked your group. bentonite is an awesome clearing agent for sake, it just rips out the particles really fast. clearing it was probably the most frustrating thing about sake, time, temperature and a clearing agent.

@fredthecat-- if it were not for Covid-19 I doubt I would have generated the motivation. I agree. It takes quite a bit of work.  Good to know about bentonite.
