Anyone else build a controller for their electric brewery?  Looking into this and was looking for some insight.  Thanks

I purchased a panel from theelectricbrewery.com and I love it.  Kal’s site is great and I would recommend checking it out.  You can purchase plans or all the parts and self assemble, or buy one pre-built.

highgravity brewing has a nice selection of controllers (all pre-made, I believe, not kits), depending on how many things you need to control.  I get by with the EBC 130 and just plug in different vessels directly one at a time, rather than having multiple controls.  My system is still very much a hands on HERMS capable brewing system.
