How many batches have you carbed this way? I ask because I want to know if you're asking what the carb level should be for that style or any style? I use 25psi for 48 hours (give or take) so not sure on the 10psi route so hopefully someone else will be in here shortly to answer. I feel like people who go with 10psi typically say that 1 week is around the kill zone but don't quote me on that.
