Sounds like it might be fun to use it with Nelson or Southern Cross or something - is NZ Saison a style? Fuller's did a nice collab one using Motueka.

I use Nelson Sauvin with it all the time and it is just as good as you'd imagine. One of my favorite homebrews I've ever made was a 3711 saison with Nelson and Gewurztraminer must.
