it has this dry white wine character that I like a lot. It goes very well with fruit, and a lower gravity table strength saison with 3711 makes a crisp and refreshing summer sipper.

Sounds like it might be fun to use it with Nelson or Southern Cross or something - is NZ Saison a style? Fuller's did a nice collab one using Motueka.

I use Nelson Sauvin with it all the time and it is just as good as you'd imagine. One of my favorite homebrews I've ever made was a 3711 saison with Nelson and Gewurztraminer must.

Now you're just teasing, I'm a particular fan of anything with the muscat mutation so Gewurz is a particular fave...
