Hi Colter,
I wish to avoid further spreading of misconceptions expressed in the podcast. Please know that:
1. Most scientific research is actually done with homebrew-level volumes. Experiments using commercial systems are very rare in the literature.
2. Boiling has been covered extensively in the literature, from thermal load to mechanics. There's an answer to covered vs. uncovered but it's not simple.
