Beer is a science that you can drink. Do you agree?

Listen to Homebrewing DIY's latest episode. In this episode, Edgar Huitema talked about his Substack newsletter “The Beerologist". This episode is all about science, beer science, and yeast wrangling.

Hi Colter,
I wish to avoid further spreading of misconceptions expressed in the podcast. Please know that:
1. Most scientific research is actually done with homebrew-level volumes. Experiments using commercial systems are very rare in the literature.
2. Boiling has been covered extensively in the literature, from thermal load to mechanics. There's an answer to covered vs. uncovered but it's not simple.
Thanks for taking time to do a podcast.
Prost!
