« on: December 08, 2020, 09:48:16 am »
Bottling this soon. Any recommendations for vols of CO2 for a 8.3% imperial stout? I'm thinking of going with 2.0
On Tap/Bottled: IPL, Adjunct Vienna, Golden Stout, Honey Lager
Fermenting: IPA
Up Next: mexi lager, Germerican pale ale

2.0 seems reasonable to me.

2.0 vols is spot-on for an imperial stout. Save me a bottle!

The BJCP guidelines cite 1.5 to 2.3 volumes, so you're in center field at 2.0.
