The Homebrew Con Seminar Selection Subcommittee is formed every year in October to review proposals and select seminars for the following year's Homebrew Con (HBC). Members of the subcommittee are nominated by Brewers Association staff or can apply for participation. The subcommittee's main objective is to guide the topics and content at the next HBC, based on what the members believe are the most important issues and topics for the homebrewing community at this time.SUGGESTED SEMINAR TOPICS FROM SELECTION SUBCOMMITTEE
The HBC 2021 Seminar Subcommittee has prepared a list of suggested seminar topics for each educational track. These topics ar enot intended to be an exhaustive list, but rather a guide to potential speakers to some of the top priority areas that the committee would like to see presented on at this year's event. Potential speakers are welcome and encouraged to submit proposals beyond the scope of these suggestions.
