She brings them into the house, and since the last greenish batch was picked yesterday, they are already red today!
It;s always worked in the last, but the tomatoes never seem to taste as good if they ripen off the of the vine.It could just be bias though, My wife's aunt swears by cutting off whole branches and putting them in a vase and letting the tomatoes ripen in the house that way. We haven;t tried it yet, and YMMV.

Thanks blues, but the anemic harvest is really disappointing. Seriously, one tiny zucchini? Those things grow huge overnight! It's ok though, it's all for fun - good thing we don't depend on it for food. The leeks are still looking good, and I think we'll get one fig, so there's that. I might have a greenhouse built in time for next summer, we'll see.
