Hi all,

I am wondering, can I make a wine kit, keg it, carbonate it, and that will give me near enough prosecco on tap?

Or is it simply not that simple...

I'm not a wine maker, but I've made many sparkling ciders (and beers) that way.

I think it depends on exacly how close "near enough" is for your tastes.
You would definitely get a sparkling wine.  If that's what you're after, then yep, it'll work.
No reason NOT to for it -- try it and find out!

This is exactly the same post I answered a month ago. To the word.

If you get a Prosecco kit, and carbonate it in a keg, it will taste like Prosecco - assuming you make it right.
