Too cheap for quick disconnects
« on: January 14, 2021, 10:21:00 pm »
I use the same 2 size hose clamps for everything and i get them at Home Depot.  I hear people complaining about screwdrivers slipping and all that.  I have a couple 4 in 1 screwdrivers from HD/Lowes and harbor freight.  I pulled the driver bits out and one side fits over my small clamp screw bolt and the other fits my large clamps.  I don't use those finger twist dealios because they interfere with my pumps and hoses. I told a friend of mine and he was jaw dropped.  I figured I'd share that here for ya'll.  Xoxo

I do exactly the same thing and have been for nearly 20 years.  When I see people using QDs,  I feel good for my pecuniousness.

I don’t see how that fits Denny. I guess miserly huh?
