Anyone out there have a good mash/sparge water calculator they are willing to share? I've searched the www and haven't found anything that works well on mobile devices.

The calculators at Brewer's Friend are pretty good in my experience

Mash with whatever ratio you like. Every 8 lb. of grain will absorb one gal. of water. Sparge with enough to get your boil volume.  It's easy.
