I mean it gets mentioned in a lot of episodes because people ask questions, but yeah - in terms of actually spending a whole time chunk of dedicated time specifically on Saison? Nope.

Great show.  One thing I didn’t catch was his fermentation temp other than he “sets it and forgets it.”  Any insight?
