Looking to brew a Sahti during Big Brew, in exactly 2 months. I'll be out in Utah in 1 week and plan on foraging some juniper branches then. So I'll need to store them for about 7 weeks. What's the best way to store them so I still get the most out of the them during brew day? Still in my infancy of sahti recipe research, but I'm assuming I'll do a no boil recipe.
