What's Brewing This Weekend - 9/10 Edition
« on: September 08, 2010, 11:42:43 am »
So what's going for you? Me, I'm off at a wedding in FL, so none for me. Although I suppose I should be happy that with this week's weirdly grey weather in LA, I have that English IPA burbling away. (This IPA is pretty much all MO with a little crystal kicker and it uses Challenger and Pilgrim hops)

Have to work all weekend. Twelve gallons fermenting happily after Labor day brew session. Might brew the following weekend- if I do it will be an IPA.

I'm home alone with two 5-year-olds, I'm not sure brewing is in the cards.  I'm hoping to build some more shelves in the garage to continue the never ending process of getting things better organized.

Good luck on the test, Ron!

No brewing for me this weekend....I'll still have garage/brewery torn up doing plumbing.

None . . gotta wait on the two 1/2 barrels holding the PU and O-fest clones to come out to make more fermentation room.
Just brew it...

You seem to have a good grasp of the material.  Remember to practice writing your answers - you'd be surprised how tired your hand gets after three hours of work writing the exam.

Thank you!

Brewing is something I have wanted to do for a long time, but I have been too busy. Life is finally slowing down enough for me to take up an enjoyable hobby.
