Angostura Bitters

If anyone has added Angostura bitters to a Belgian Witbier,  I'd appreciate hearing about the results.

I haven't, but it seems like it'd be easy enough to test with a commercial beer first before you brew a whole batch.

I agree 100% with nateo. Add one drop at a time to a commercial beer that's close to what you'll be brewing and see what you think. If you find a dosage you like, extrapolate the dosage out to your batch size and add that amount just before packaging.
