Just a note to inform all of you that the AHA Governing Committee has completed amending its bylaws. This is something that has not been done since 2013.
A link for downloading the amended bylaws has been posted in the "News and Announcements" section on the AHA website for a 30 day comment period from the general membership. Also posted is an overview of the changes that were made to these bylaws. Please take a look at them and if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please email one or all of the Governing Committee officers. They are Jill Marilley (chair and Brewers Association Board Designate), Shawna Cormier (Vice Chair), myself (Secretary), or Roxanne Westendorf (Immediate Past Chair and Brewers Association Board Designate). We will then bring these questions, comments, and suggestions to the full Governing Committee for consideration once the 30 day comment period is over.
