I bought a Plaato airlock and I can’t get it to connect.it goes through everything but when it gets to the final check part it doesn’t complete the process.am I doing something wrong ? Help please

I too had many issues getting Platto  up and running. Follow the steps in the documentation meticulously. In the end the issues I had  were about my network and my understanding the instructions. I did end up taping the usb cord to the Platto  making it pull to one side to keep a good connection.
