A 60 lb. pail of Dutch Gold wildflower honey was converted into 20 gallons of mead here today, resulting in four 5-gallon temperature-controlled fermenters. One has one quart each of blueberry, black cherry, and cranberry juices. The second will receive a couple pounds of dates in another week. The third will get... haven't decided yet, maybe cinnamon and vanilla, or coffee and vanilla. The fourth will stay traditional.
