Been a while since I’ve made a starter from dregs. I really enjoyed this beer though…

Stepped it up to
A 1L starter from the 100 ml starter and now

I know it's not groundbreaking work, I'm just a little excited about it.  ;D

It never ceases to amaze me, either.  Life always finds a way. That first CO2 bubble in a fermenter always brings a smile and anticipation of good things to come.

A friend of mine who lives near RR brought it last time he was in Huntspatch. I saved the beer dregs opened and covered in foil for a week after opening. The starter took off the very next day (100ml) and shot to life quickly in the step up. Full fermentation in the actual beer within 12hours. Without a doubt the healthiest starter I have ever made from dregs.
