70% of the reason I go to a German restaurant is to get the beer made in Germany. More than likely I've been to your establishment, since there is only a couple such places in Vegas and have been to all of them, and the reason was because of the beer.
It is possible that a lot of your customers might feel the similarly thus making it even harder to turn a profit from what you make in house. You could always stop serving the commercial product but that will almost certainly cause the loss of some of your customers. It would most likely be a different calculus if you were already serving craft.
