We always vacuum seal any unused hops, and store them at -20 F.

The 1lb Liberty hops ordered were vacuum sealed in 2 oz increments, and then stored in the refrigerator.
The same will be done to the Willamette hops when received.  Space is available to freeze some, but
not all.  Was looking into Mylar vacuum bags.  Some online reviewers wrote that it works if seal button
is pressed several times, others stated it doesn't work, and not to bother.

I haven't used Willamette hops for a while but I love these hops. Y'all got me excited to brew a cream ale yesterday with Willamette Hops😀👍.  Used Lallemand BR-97 yeast. Also used Sugar Creek Malted Bloody Butcher Red corn for the first time.

Never used Willamette Hops, and I feel like I'm missing out on something 
Just ordered 1 lb 2021 Willamette leaf from Hops Direct.

You will be glad you did. These are very versatile hops, suitable for many beers such as Euro-Lagers, Pils, and other beers, ales included.
Willamette can be substituted for Glacier, Fuggle, Tettnang (US), Styrian Golding, East Kent Golding.

Recived Williamette hops.
What I do with whole cone hops is slighly chew on one.
Very distintct difference when compared to smelling.
You get an idea what the taste in the beer will be like.
Very good, I might prefer this over Mt Hood.
Next batch will be a SMASH, RiverBend extra pale ale malt, and Williamette.

I believe they have been using Aurora in place of willamette in some of their beers.

I just tapped the keg of Willamette SMASH beer, and it is damn tasty.

Yes it is. Like I said in my original post, I really enjoyed it in an American wheat and plan on another one next year.
