« on: October 11, 2021, 11:33:28 am »
Picked up a sack of this, https://bsgcraftbrewing.com/wey-fm-bohemian-dark-25kg

Looks to be an alternative to dark Munich, interested to try it out in a few lagers

I've used it. The specs aren't that dark, maybe between Weyermann light and dark Munich.

It works well in a Czech Dark Lager, along the lines of U-Flecku.

We consumed a large quantity beer at U-Flecku. I do not remember the beer as being extra good, but I drank it all the same. The food was good!
