I have become a 1 year member!!!!! I am pretty excited to see what this holds for me, and want to thank all who have helped me thru the first attempt at brewing a recipe not from a kit.  I have already started looking at the recipes on the website and have seen a few that I might try, but for now, I am going to be a sponge and try and learn as much as I can.  Next attempt is going to be a BIAB recipe.  My end goal is to, when I retire, get a decent setup and start brewing a few different styles and have beer on hand for neighbors and friends.  Thanks again to all who have helped me so far.  Dino
