2011 Sabco Rims Wizard. After Siebel, my goal to go pro yielded an obsession with controlling my mash. It, and maintaining fermentation temperatures (no small feat in a Brooklyn apartment back then) yielded great brews. This little guy performed admirably and I highly recommend temp control (sans obsession) to anyone who takes their brewing seriously.
So, it works. There's an injury to the display that never yielded any kind of problem in the wet process of Brooklyn kitchen brewing. I poached lots of chemicals from work so it's always been properly cleaned. It's currently accoutred to accept the SS quick disconnect males available from MoreBeer but hey - you do you.
It's in Brooklyn just waiting for you to up your game without much fiddling or 45 minutes of "Goddamnits." I'm asking $500 but will entertain reasonable offers. Local pickup makes the most sense but I can find out what it will cost to ship if that's what's what.
