Fred's Late Hopped Amarillo Pale...Blue Ribbon
« on: September 25, 2010, 08:12:45 pm »
To Fred's credit, I entered Fred's LHAPA into the BJCP sanctioned Jackson County Harvest Festival Homebrew Comp in Medford Oregon, and took the blue ribbon.  My only deviation was to repace the Nottingham yeast, with US-05.  Otherwise, the recipe was not tampered with.  Thanks Fred.

Thanks
Any clean yeast will work,  US05 being one of them.
