Fermentation suck back
« on: March 15, 2022, 04:09:32 pm »
Just brewed a batch this past weekend.  Put in stainless conical.  Checked the next day and all of my water for the blow off hose was gone.  Temp was still good.  Thought this was only an issue with cold crash.   Help.

Any time it cools down that can happen.  Not just major cooling like crashing.

Just a degree or two of temp drop is enough.  Beer should be fine.
