First time using Co2 to bottle

No. But it could be oxidized.

Without using yeast and sugar to feed it, simply adding fully fermented wort to a bottle won’t work out too well. Adding a little CO2 at bottling probably didn’t help much either.

I recommend reading about how to carbonate in a keg and transferring carbonated beer to bottles from a keg.  https://www.northernbrewer.com/blogs/kegging-bottling-techniques/how-to-carbonate-beer

Set your CO2 pressure based on your wort temp and leave it for a cpl weeks: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0152/1071/files/Forced_Carbonation_Chart.jpg?589861227676789557
