There's plenty of "lightly used" brewing equipment available for a "great price", not so much equipment though that comes with a brewer experienced in opening a brewery  ;).
I spent most of my money on beer, tools and guns, the rest I foolishly squandered on stupid stuff!

Outside of Nashville. I start working at a new brewery a week from today but I do have some people who are interested in opening a pub in the Hampton Cove area. Right now I'm satisfied with this new job which is going to be the highest salary I have accepted in the brewing industry thus far. I'm kinda excited!

Hampton Cove is good. I think the market in HSV and Madison is crowded. Athens and Scottsboro might want some craft beer. South Huntsville might be a good market.

Smart move.

Do not take me wrong. Brewery had been good to me but at the end of the day it is a lot of work.

That is one of the things I keep thinking: do I really want to do all of this on top of 12 hour days again? I think I could do it smarter this time ... but who knows.
