I don’t have a good answer for you. But, I just went through their airport. I was surprised that there were quite a few brewery tap rooms in the airport. I have seen those in ones and twos, but I think I saw four or five in the Nashville airport.

I'vee never made it to their taproom, but Yazoo and Embrace the Funk are well respected.

Bearded Iris, Southern Grist, Yazoo, Jackalope, Smith and Lentz, supposedly Little Harpeth is has very good lagers now since they got a new brewer (it once was diacetyl city) so it might be worth checking out.

Make sure you get some Hot chicken! Prince's is probably the best. But I also really like Party Fowl even though it is a small chain. The chicken is great. Hattie B's is pretty popular but I didn't love it but maybe it was just an off day.

The Parthenon is worth the visit as is the Frist Art museum.

If you're going to be there over the weekend, you should go to Robert's Western World on the strip and see Brazilbilly.  They are awesome.

Make sure you get some Hot chicken! Prince's is probably the best.
