What are some of your fave SMASH combos? I have done:

Vienna/Saaz with WY1007
Golden Promise/Chinook with WY 1272
Pale 2 Row/Cacade with WY 1056
Marris Otter/EKG With Nottingham

and all were excellent! Looking to do another but split the wort into four 1 gallon fermenters and use different yeast in each.  Would love suggestions!

Viking Extra Pale Malt, Magnum and Diamond lager yeast.  Pretty close to Denny's and I have used Hallertauer Mittelfruh, both solo and with the Magnum as a late hop addition...but combining them isn't Smash-ing it.  Cheers.

I got them for free, I think they partnered with the AHA or something for a giveaway. Not a lot of varieties available, but it turned out well enough I'll probably do it again.

I visited their booth at Homebrew Con in June.  They had two year old samples that smelled as fresh as new.
