Hard Seltzer Carbing
« on: September 15, 2022, 02:03:16 pm »
Greetings all.   My daughter asked me to try hard seltzer to which I said, sure why not.  I am going to just buy a kit my first go around, but then started thinking about it.  How do you all carb it when it gets bottled?  I have been using the sugar drops from Morebeer in my bottled beer, so I am guessing that is ok for seltzer too?  Or is it too much sugar for the clear liquid with nothing really in it besides sugar and flavoring?  Any suggestions would be most appreciated.  RR

If you're bottle conditioning, then the carb drops will be just fine. That sugar will all get eaten by the yeast and there should be no flavor impact.
