Hi looking for insight and info. My local home brew store sells this taprite they claim.it will do argon/nitrogen/CO2/ beer gas blends.

This looks like the one I have, and I don't think it will allow you to blend gases. It connects to one tank of gas, but lets you run at two different pressures. This way you can have Belgians, soda, seltzer, or English ales at a higher or lower pressure than the rest of your beers.

When it says: The regulator is approved for CO2, argon, nitrogen, beer gas, and beer gas blends. It doesn't mean it will blend those gases. It will work if you are using it on a tank filled with one of those. A beer gas blend is just one on the list.

I didn’t take the original post to be saying they think it’s going to blend different gasses. “Beer gas blends” is after a slash like everything else. I think they were looking for opinions on the quality of the device.
Maybe they can do a second post to clarify.

CO2 and Nitrogen regulators have different nut and you can not intermix the same regulator with two different gases. This is intentional as it would prevent accidents.

Correct.  It looks like the regulator from the OP has a single inlet and two outlets.  And, nitrogen and CO₂ have very different connections.  One would need to replace the inlet nipple from one gas to the other in order for the regulator to be used with another gas.
