Thanks guys! I'm really excited. I got an incredible deal on this brewery--I made the guy an offer and I was shocked that he accepted it. The great thing about XEO is that it really is like a giant home brewery. It has a 5bbl and a 1bbl system, both are basically big "BIAB" systems (like giant BrewZillas). I'd love to upgrade to a regular 2 vessel system someday but for right now the system really does make tasty beer!

But the best part is: I'm the sole proprietor! No partners! OTOH there's also no paycheck!  ;)
