Has anyone used wlp099? I decided to give it a try in a barleywine with an O.G of 1.099. I'm curious as to what the flavors it might impart are. I'm planning on aging this on for a bit as well as adding oak cubes to the secondary

I tried it out a few times. It doesn't have any better alcohol tolerance than Chico as far as I can tell, and it's much fruitier (too much IMHO). At 1.099 you should be able to use any strain without worry.
